RESULTS
Connected Medical Services patients are assisted every step of the way through the patient care case navigation process. Connected Medical Services licensed professionals are present throughout the entire triage/telemedicine procedure. At the outset, they try to resolve the issue without leaving the site. If necessary, they assist with referrals to the appropriate medical network. If a medical facility visit is required, they document the physician’s treatment orders. At the end of the visit, they help patients with any questions they may have about their treatment, prescriptions, or where to go for referrals, and they complete work status documentation. By actively managing patient cases over all medical, insurance and workman’s comp costs are reduced.
